AAPi, in partnership with the National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse (National Centre), invites you to our webinar on mandatory reporting of sexual violence and child sexual abuse across Australia.
In this webinar, expert speakers from the National Centre and Knowmore Legal Service will discuss the prevalence of child sexual abuse, legislative requirements, best practice and trauma-informed responses to maintain and enhance client relationships. They will also outline how resources from the National Centre and PHN programs can support psychologists in improving care for victim-survivors of Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence.
About our presenters: Rachel Neil and Stacy Oehlman
Rachel Neil, Knowmore Legal Service
Rachel Neil is the Executive Director, Integrated Practice of Knowmore Legal Service. Based in the Brisbane office, Rachel has worked at Knowmore since November 2019. Rachel has worked in the community legal sector for many years in various roles and has spent her legal career committed to helping vulnerable people to access their rights within a strong framework of trauma informed and multidisciplinary practice.

Stacy Oehlman, National Centre for Action on Child Sexual Abuse (National Centre)
Stacy Oehlman is an accredited Social Worker with over 16 years of experience in child protection, family, and sexual violence practice and training. She is the Sector Engagement and Development Manager at the National Centre and has been the project lead for the Strengthening Primary Health Care Responses project which commenced in 2023.
