About our presenter: Julian McNally
Julian McNally is a counselling psychologist registered since 1995. He started using Routine Outcome Monitoring in his practice from 2001 to improve client outcomes.
In 2010, he founded the ACT of Living, Melbourne’s first Acceptance and Commitment Therapy clinic. Julian introduced the outcome monitoring tools from the Center for Clinical Informatics to refine and improve therapy outcomes and alliance formation for clients at ACT of Living. Contracted practitioners were also trained in the implementation of ROM and FIT and in 2016, two years after the tools were implemented, the results of ACT of Living clinicians put them in the top 5% of therapists in the Center’s database.
