Kelly specialises in retail and commercial leasing and has held senior roles with prominent organisations such as Lend Lease, Kiwi Property Management and Byvan/FPD Savills in Australia and New Zealand, prior to opening her own practice in 2004. Kelly is widely recognised for her exceptional lease negotiation skills and her ability to deliver outstanding results for her clients. She is well regarded for her ability to negotiate leases and achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients, and has also consulted to legal firms in the capacity of an Expert Witness in relation to retail leasing litigation.
