Lisa is a psychologist with clinical endorsement, and over three decades of experience working across workers’ compensation, trauma, and return-to-work settings. She specialises in supporting psychologists in private practice to confidently incorporate workers’ compensation work into their business model. Through supervision and training, Lisa helps clinicians build both the clinical and practical skills required to work effectively in this space, including navigating stakeholder systems, managing complex presentations, and maintaining strong professional boundaries. 

Lisa’s training is grounded in real-world experience, offering practical strategies that support psychologists to increase confidence, expand their scope of work, and deliver better outcomes for clients, employers, and insurers.
