Women of all ages commonly report a loss of libido and sexual desire. 

This webinar with Nerida Mason will explore libido and arousal, and the magnitude of factors which can lead to a reduction in libido and desire. Nerida will discuss the factors causing a decline in desire, assessment of sexual interest / arousal disorder in females, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve libido and manage mis-matched libidos.

About our presenter:  Nerida Mason

Nerida is a psychologist with clinical endorsement, sex therapist and board approved supervisor with over fifteen years clinical experience. Working exclusively in the area of sex and relationship therapy within a private practice setting in Newcastle, she sees clients with low libido, pain during intercourse, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, hypersexuality, paraphilias, anorgasmia, and anxiety and shame related to an STI diagnosis. 

Nerida enjoys working with clients of all ages, genders, and sexualities. She works with individual clients and couples in both monogamous and non monogamous relationships, and is highly passionate about helping her clients achieve a satisfying sexual relationship no matter their age or health status.

Aside from her clinical work, Nerida enjoys supervising other psychologists and sex therapists to build their knowledge and skills around sex and relationship therapy. She has also assisted to establish a sexual health peer support group where she regularly presents to local clinicians on sexual health topics. 

Nerida holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Masters of Science in Medicine (HIV, STIs and Sexual Health), and a Graduate Certificate and Masters in Forensic Mental Health. She is a full member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi), the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS) and the World Association of Sexual Health (WAS).
